- Where does this go?
- Same place as in-app shake-to-feedback. Only the Pref team sees it, and we read every one. We can't always fix them but we try.
- Is my submission private?
- Yes. Only the Pref team sees what you send. We don't sell or share it.
- How fast will I hear back?
- We can't promise. Pref is a free app run by a small team. If you left an email, we'll write back if we have something useful to say.
- Can I delete my account from this page?
- Not from this form. You can do it in the app: Settings → Account → Delete account. If you can't reach that screen, email hello@prefpref.com from the phone tied to your account.
